Once your return request is received, we will process it based on the reason for a return or refund.
Most of return requests do not have to return the items physically once we receive the picture(s) the items you want to return or refund.
Some of items are not returnable/refundable, such custom items, final/clearance items, or items in a special order. Please get it touch with help@McLuLu.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If the issue is something we messed up including wrong item sent, defective items, or missing item(s) in your package, also including item(s) damaged during transportation by the carrier:
Send a picture(s) on the item(s) you think having issues to return@McLuLu.com after submitting the return request.
We’ll get a free replacement shipped out to you at no cost and within our standard production time.
You do not need to return the wrong/damaged item(s) you received unless we inform you to do so.
For damaged items, we may need your help to send us more pictures and descriptions on the damaged item(s).
If the issue is related to your instruction, wrong selections on variations, picked wrong item(s), ordered too many, …..:
Send a picture(s) on the item(s) you think having issues to return@McLuLu.com after submitting the return request.
If it is related to your instruction, we will issue up to 50% refund to you without returning the item(s). Also, you could ask for a replacement up to 50% off the regular price plus shipping.
If it is related to your selection, change your mind or other issues, we will send a shipping label at cost if you need one, plus a restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in original packaging if possible.
Please return the items within 30 days after submitting the return request.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method immediately.
If the package never arrived:
Please check the tracking status first through your order page at mclulu.com. Sometimes, your local carrier might drop your package to your neighbor. You may check it with your carrier if the tracking status shows “Delivered”.
If 7 ~ 10 days passed the delivery date and have not received the package, please write to us return@McLuLu.com for a refund or replacement with no cost to you.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
